Remote Access News

Important notice for users of home computers and other non-GFE devices: On March 19, 2021, the Pulse Secure remote access system will no longer provide remote access support for home computers and other non-GFE devices. Remote access requests by non-GFEs will be redirected to One EPA Anywhere (EVDI) which is available at https://evdi.epa.gov/. Pulse Secure will continue to provide remote access for EPA managed (GFE) computers and iPhones.

Pulse VPN Login - PIV Smartcard Authentication: Use your PIV card to connect to EPA's network. First time PIV card users need to make sure they select the correct certificate - click the link for more information: Using PIV card authentication. Pulse VPN Login - One Time Password (OTP) Authentication: Use One Time Password (OTP) to connect to EPA's network. Click the link for more information: Using OTP authentication

Pulse Proxy OTP - Expires 3/19/2021: Users that are having trouble with the VPN connection or are using a device that is not compatible with the VPN can use this Pulse Proxy Login option.

One EPA Anywhere (EVDI): Users with home computers and other non-GFE devices should now use One EPA Anywhere (EVDI)

Setup and Installation: The EPA Remote Access service provides secure access for EPA employees and contractors. To use, the appropriate registrations and login IDs must have already been created. Click the link for information about using and setting up the Pulse Secure VPN client:
